This year, we took our favorite consultants to Sardinia, that bucolic world upon itself off the Italian Tyrrhenian coast to relax and enjoy “la dolce vita”. And yes they were crushing it: At harvesting and preparing the best wine in the world in historic style, snipping the vines by hand and crushing the grapes by foot. Salute!
