To celebrate its 20th anniversary, the Red Bull Music Academy came back to the German capital and landed at the iconic Funkhaus, bringing with it the Red Bull Music Festival. The Festival, a series of musical extravaganzas moving from city to city around world, included world premieres, concerts, club nights and lectures, spread out throughout Berlin, with approx. 20,000 visitors enjoying and experiencing more than 100 musical artists.

DREINULL joined in on the fun and hosted the whole festival program – 27 gigs over the course of five weeks. We brought together an eclectic group of artists that included Janelle Monáe, Pusha T, Sevdaliza, Tony Allen & Jeff Mills, Nina Kravitz, DJ Hell, Jlin, Gaika and many more, in a wonderful celebration of high energy and great music.
